Emerging Signal
Next-generation extreme ultraviolet lithography designed to enable increasingly complex semiconductor manufacturing at advanced nodes.

High-NA EUV is a lithography platform that uses a higher numerical aperture than current 0.33-NA EUV scanners. The intent is to print smaller features on the most demanding layers at advanced logic nodes, while remaining part of a mixed EUV and DUV manufacturing flow.
Patterning capability at the leading edge remains a constraint for denser logic and AI accelerators. High-NA EUV is positioned to reduce multi-patterning complexity on selected critical layers rather than replace the installed 0.33-NA EUV base overnight.
Watch how High-NA tools enter high-volume manufacturing, which layers stay on 0.33-NA EUV, and how foundries and IDMs sequence the transition alongside existing scanner fleets.
